Refund and Returns Policy
Deposits
All deposits for training courses and masterclasses are non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing the deposit, you accept and agree that this amount is non-refundable or transferrable to any date. We firmly believe in the value of our courses and masterclasses, and we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. As such, your deposit secures your place in the program and allows us to make necessary arrangements for your participation.
Goods
You have 14 days from the receipt of your goods to inform us of your decision to return the items. Following your notification, you have 14 days to proceed with the return process.
Due to hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. This policy is in place to guarantee the quality and integrity of the items we offer. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter, as opened products cannot be resold and, therefore, we are unable to issue refunds for goods that have been opened, and must be returned with the seal intact.
In the event that a product received is faulty or damaged we can of course exchange or refund the item. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt, we can then send a returns label for you to attach to the package. Once the return is received, inspected, and deemed faulty, we can either issue a full refund or process an exchange for the same or a similar item of equal value. Our aim is to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers, ensuring that any issues with the products are promptly resolved to your satisfaction.
